Forward The purpose of this site is to document some of the research done on the Capshaw family and to clear up problems where possible. We will not post for the foreseeable future a gedcom. If you need to consult one, check Jerry Capshaw's page at Capshaw Family History. The question “where do I come from?” tends to loom in the back of most genealogists' minds. For those researching the Capshaw family, this can be an unanswered and somewhat frustrating search.
