1.We would like to give special thanks to Jerry Capshaw for the countless hours he has spent researching the Capshaw Family. After collecting and wading through vast reams of information, he then made it available to us online at his own expense. Without the time and effort he put forth to bring all of this information together into one database it is unlikely any of us would be this far along in our Capshaw research. We still look to Jerry as the primary authority on anything to do with the Capshaw history.
