Liber F At a Court held in Charles County for the Right Honble the Ld
 [P. 13] Proprietary on the tenth day of November Anno 1674
present Mr Henry Adames
Mr Thomas Matthewes Mr John Duglas 
Mr Zachary Wade   Mr William Barton     Comissioners
Mr Robert Henly      Mr Thomas Hussey
           
Mr John Stone & Ignatius Causin two of his Ldps Comissionrs
are fined for not appearing at this Court according to Act of
Assembly
William Russell Cunstable is fined on thousand pounds of tobacco
for not appearing at this Court
           
Alexander Smith presents two men servants to be adjudged of
their ages the one named Robert Harrison adjudged to be thirteene
yeares of age the other named Francis Capshaw adjudged to be
fifteene yeares of age
Francis Wine presents a man servant named John Curtis adjudged
to be sixteen yeares of age
W William Barton junior presents a man servant named Anne
Harrison adjudged to be twenty on yeares of age
Mr Thomas Hussey presents a maid servant named Isabell Reeding
adjudged to be nineteene yeares of age
John Long on the behalfe of Ms Elinor Beane presents a woman
servant named Anne Rennicke adjudged to be sixteene yeares of age
Railph Shaw presents a man servant named Railph Anderson ad-
judged to be twenty yeares of age
           
Jeremiah Macknew & Thomas Corker doe enter into a bond of
fifty pound sterling payable to the Ld Proprietary to be levied upon
their goods & Chattles & Lands for the appearance of Phillis Mac-
knew at the next Provinciall Court to be held on the eight day of
Decemb, 74
           
It is ordered tht Mr Henry Bonner shall be Clerke to the Comis-
sionrs below for drawing of warrants & hues & Cryes & mittimus's
or any such like businesse
           
Francis Furniss Confesseth judgemt to Philip Limes for the sume
of two thousand & eight pounds of tobacco with Cost
           
It is ordered tht there be a reference betweene Robert Downes &
Sarah Burroughs till the next Court.
           
The Court is Adjourneyed for two houres
