St. Mary’s County: In the name of God Amen. I William Husculah sonn to Dennis Husculah late
of St. Marys County being of sound mind and memory last will and
testament; etc. I will my
just debts and funeral charges be paid. I give and
bequeath unto Mr. John Dent of St. Marys Co.
one hundred and fifty acres of land
lying in the forest to the said county and given to me by my
Father Dennis Huscolah being now leased to John Nalle for seven years and in his possession: I
give all the said land unto the above John Dent and his heirs forever I being
now indebted to the
said John Dent the sum of Five thousand five hundred and
thirty and five pounds of tobacco for
several debts the said Dent paid for me to
several persons and for goods I borrowed of the said
Dent. In case my brother
John Nalle will pay the said John Dent the sum of tobacco and allowance
for my
just debts thatsoever then I give to Nalle & his children by my sister Jane all the
aforesaid land goods & chattels whatsoever to him and his heirs forever & if
he the said Nalle
doth not then to the said Dent and his heirs forever and be my sole executor of this my last
will and testament. I revoke and make void all
former wills by me made. In witness whereof I
the said William Huscolah to this
my last will and testament lett to my hand and seale the
twenty ninth day of December 1693.

Then came before Ralph Foster one of the Maj (?} for
the County of St Marys Jamina Cabshaw
and Walter King two of the witnesses of the last will & testament of William Husculah of St. Mary’s
County and made oath they saw him sign seal and deliver the will.
John Dent abides by will on April 23, 1695.
